014 - "Bent Snapbacks, Festool, and Non-Binary Metric" with Jason Bent

Listen to the audio version of this episode with Jason Bent here.

You would know him if you saw him. From his towering stature to his bent-brim snapback. With over 170k YouTube subscribers, this woodworker teaches others how to build a variety of projects. Since 2003, he has been serving in the US Army, traveling around the world, and dishing out orders as a Drill Sergeant. Today, he’s here in the lounge, and I’ve never felt more inclined to do a rep of pushups. Jason Bent with Bents Woodworking is today’s guest in the lounge.

In this episode we talk about how Jason got started in woodworking, how his projects have evolved, his fascination and internship with Festool, and the future of Bents Woodworking.

The format looks a little different than normal because we had some technical difficulties with the recording platform, so there isn't an after show for this week but there are lots of other exclusives on our Patreon page for Patrons only.
