035 - Burnout - Real Talk

This is a bit of a different episode. Normally I have guests and we talk about their businesses and craft, diving into how they got started and what they plan on doing in the future. This week it's just me, stripped down and no bull. Real talk. I share my experience with burnout and how I overcame, allowing me to recognize the patterns in my life that will hopefully help someone else avoid the pitfall of burnout. I hope you enjoy the episode and share it with someone who has mentioned they may be burned out (or close).

May is mental health month.
